Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alpha Nicholson Reporting Platform (the "Platform"), operated by Alpha Nicholson ("we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://www.alphareport.pro.

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Alpha Nicholson Reporting Platform is a private web application that enables authorised users to:

• Connect Google Ads accounts via OAuth 2.0 to retrieve campaign performance data.
• View live dashboards displaying advertising metrics, campaign breakdowns, and keyword performance.
• Generate and download branded PDF reports for client presentations.
• Upload and analyse Google Ads CSV export files.
• Manage client profiles and account assignments within the platform.

The Platform is intended solely for use by Alpha Nicholson staff and authorised agency clients. Access is granted by invitation only and is subject to these Terms.

Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals who have been granted access by Alpha Nicholson. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your access is no longer required.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

The Platform integrates with the Google Ads API to retrieve advertising data on your behalf. By connecting a Google Ads account to the Platform, you authorise us to access that account's performance data in read-only mode using the scopes you grant during the OAuth consent process.

Your use of Google services through the Platform is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Google Ads API Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any changes to Google's services, APIs, or policies that may affect the Platform's functionality.

You may revoke the Platform's access to your Google Ads account at any time via your Google Account Permissions page. Revoking access will disconnect your account from the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Platform to store, transmit, or process data that you are not authorised to access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform in a manner that places excessive load on our systems.
• Upload files containing malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the Platform or its users.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates Google's API Terms of Service or any other third-party terms.

The advertising performance data accessed through the Platform belongs to the respective Google Ads account holders. You must not share, distribute, or disclose client data accessed through the Platform to any unauthorised third party.

Reports and data exported from the Platform are intended solely for use by the client to whom the data belongs. Alpha Nicholson staff must handle all client data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and agency confidentiality obligations.

Our data handling practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

The Platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of Alpha Nicholson. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

The advertising data retrieved from Google Ads accounts remains the property of the respective account holders. Alpha Nicholson does not claim ownership of any data accessed through the Google Ads API.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data retrieved from the Google Ads API will be accurate or complete at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Nicholson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect their use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Either party may terminate access to the Platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alpha Nicholson operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
